ABOUT PAPERBOAT THERAPIES

Elina Karayannacos

MA, CCC-SLP, IBCLC, NTMTC

Elina is a speech-language pathologist and lactation consultant with more than 20 years of experience in large hospitals, neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) and outpatient clinics. A bilingual provider in English and Greek, she supports families with infant feeding, lactation, pediatric feeding and communication through Paperboat Therapies.

She has participated in process improvement projects and presented at conferences and pediatric practices. She has also started community initiatives to improve access to care for the most fragile feeders and underserved families.

Her approach is grounded in collaboration: listening to the family, understanding the child’s needs and finding practical next steps together. Care is shaped around each family’s goals, with space for every child’s own pace.
